Sustainability

Holland is driven by the Core Values of family, respect, partnership, integrity and improvement. With those as our foundation, we aim to be a true partner to our team members, our customers, our suppliers, and to the communities in which we do business. This means a commitment to doing business and growing sustainably.

Community Relations

We are committed to the idea of giving back. Consistent with our core values, we have a history of team members volunteering and contributing to help our local schools and universities, food pantries and organizations doing good within the communities in which we do business. We have a rich history of our employees taking the initiative to raise money and support for co-workers and community members in need, consistently demonstrating our core values of Partnership and Family.
