Chief Financial Officer, Holland LP

Amber Sharp serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Holland, L.P., where she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations and strategy. With twenty years’ experience in financial management and corporate finance, Amber has a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing profitability.

Prior to joining Holland in 2022, she held key financial roles at Clover Imaging Group, where she demonstrated her strong leadership and financial expertise. During her tenure there, the company experienced growth through acquisitions, worked through integrations with different accounting systems and reported in multiple foreign currencies for global manufacturing locations.

Amber holds a degree in accounting from the University of Illinois in Springfield and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam. Amber is known for her attention to detail, tenacity, and high-energy enthusiasm for the rail industry. She is passionate about leveraging data and innovative solutions to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. Her key focus is professional development and leadership training for her team. Outside of work, Amber enjoys reading, cooking and spending quality time with her family.
